At Khidarpur Handicraft, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted wooden products. Please read our policy carefully to understand our return and refund process.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or design are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Products purchased in bulk or at discounted prices may also not be eligible for return.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please share clear images or videos of the issue for verification. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order is in production or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
